Kim Rosenfield is a Brooklyn-based experimental poet and clinical social worker whose decades-long writing practice investigates the amalgamation of language, politics, psychic life, and shifting forms of contemporary identity. Rosenfield is the author of seven poetry collections, including Phantom Captain, winner of the 2023 Ottoline Prize for Poetry from Fence Books, Good Morning—Midnight— winner of the Small Press Traffic Book of the Year Award, as well as Trama (Krupskaya), Lividity (Les Figues), and USO: I’ll Be Seeing You (Ugly Duckling Presse). A founding member of the international artist collective, Collective Task, she consults on Showtime’s Couples Therapy and will be a Leighton Artist Fellow in Residency at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in fall 2026.
