Kyle Gerry grew up in Eugene, Oregon and began his dance studies at Columbia University. He proceeded to train as a scholarship student at the Merce Cunningham studios. He started dancing for Lucinda Childs in 2017, and most recently originated a role in her choreography to Glass Etudes #18. Kyle is also currently working with Christopher Williams, originating a role in his remake of the Ballet Russes piece, Jeux. Additionally, he teaches math at the Brearley school and enjoys exploring the relationship between math and dance.
