Allison Brainard is a Brooklyn-based performance artist and writer. She makes work about her own romantic relationships and other complicated social interactions. Her most recent performance, Ex-Boyfriend Show, was presented at Chez Bushwick’s RECESS series in the Spring of 2020. She also curates, produces, and hosts genre bending interdisciplinary performance shows around the city.
