Pritha RaySircar is an outsider. And a multidisciplinary artist. She uses sounds, words, cartoons, and food performance to tell stories of love and hate, (de)colonization, economics, identity, and immigration, using family caregiving, menopause, and spinsterhood as lenses to interrogate allowed and conventional South Asian-American stereotype.
