Amy Lawless is the author of the poetry collections My Dead and Broadax, both from Octopus Books. And a chapbook A Women Alone (Sixth Finch). She is also coauthor of I Cry: The Desire to Be Rejected from Pioneer Works Press. She was the recipient of a NYFA poetry fellowship. She lives in Brooklyn.
