Jennie is a daughter and a friend, whose work seeks to build upon the ideas of those she is constantly learning from. Born in 1988 on Lenape land in New York City, Jennie is a student of power and delight, exploring what it means to be in right relationship to ourselves, each other, and the natural world. She is currently the Director of Operations & Strategic Engagement at Liberation Ventures, a new organization that supports the ecosystem of Black-led organizations working on truth, reconciliation, and reparations. Jennie loves ripe fruit, the sun, being loud and quiet, and moisturizing.
