Mabel O. Wilson is a professor of Black Studies and a professor Architecture at Columbia University. She also directs the transdisciplinary practice Studio&. Wilson is a cultural historian who studies the intersections of blackness, racial difference, and the built environment. For the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, she was co-curator of the exhibition Reconstructions: Architecture and Blackness in America (2021).
