Yaz Lancaster

Yaz Lancaster (they/them) is an Aquarius stellium & Black transdisciplinary artist most interested in relational aesthetics, fragments, & liberatory politics. Their work is situated in a collaborative, DIY, trans ethos; and is presented in many different genres and mediums. Yaz thinks about Marxist praxis, the poetics/politics of horror, and digital (sub)cultures. Their writing appears in the Poetry Project Newsletter, the tiny, I CARE IF YOU LISTEN, & Underblong (where their poems received the 2021 blongprize).
