
Ariel Yelen is the author of the poetry collection I Was Working (Princeton University Press, 2024). Poems have recently been published in Makhzin, Social Text, The Baffler, Poetry Northwest, and elsewhere. She received a 2023–2024 Creative & Performing Arts Fulbright to Greece and has taught poetry and interdisciplinary courses for Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers and Columbia School of the Arts. As a former editor for the NYC-based small press Futurepoem Books, she founded their blog futurefeed. She lives and works in New York City.
