Four Small Poems

Benjamin Niespodziany

Dad

My school had two
radios.
We watched them
as if they might move.

Cosmic Love

God is a prompt.
Another planet is a star that won’t start.
A coffin full of almonds. A bong
full of hair.

Tiny Tasks Asked of God

God asks your fax number.
This is when
you know you’re fucked.

Stretch

Saturn’s Heaven
is like our
Hell: haunted
candle, disordered orb.
